Late Cancellation &
No Show Policy

At least 24 hours notice is required. First time gets a pass. Full fee will be charged upon second (or later) no show or late cancellation.

More Information About Service Fees

  • As part of the No Surprises Act, every individual or family that pays for therapy without using insurance (out-of-pocket) has the legal right to know how much services are expected cost. All new patients will receive a Good Faith Estimate prior to beginning services. For more information, visit: https://www.cms.gov/nosurprises and/or call (800) 985-3059.

  • Individuals or families that pay for therapy out-of-pocket may request a Statement for Insurance Reimbursement, also known as a “Superbill.” A Superbill is a receipt of services and costs that were paid out-of-pocket. Patients can submit a Superbill to their insurance company for potential reimbursement. Please check with your insurance provider regarding their timeframes for submission (typically 90 - 180 days). Patients can request a Superbill for services that have already been provided and paid for at any time, and may also request a Superbill to be provided on a monthly basis.

  • Low cost/sliding scale pricing is always available on a limited basis - please inquire directly and let me know what budget might work for you.

  • Payments are made over Venmo Business or Zelle.

  • All payments are due prior to the start of a service.
